Family with children a great escape
Honestly the staff went above and beyond, like when they set up a table for us when it rained while we were waiting outside. The breakfast was well worth it, with offerings that made everyone eager to jump out of bed, especially the black pudding, you need to try that.

Rooms clean with a cozy vibe, well-decorated and comfortable. Breakfasts offered high-quality ingredients, with options like delicious kippers and an inviting breakfast room overlooking Pannett Park.
Limited parking available, leading to on-street parking challenges. Some rooms, while cozy, feel a bit cramped, especially with small bathrooms that lack adequate space for personal items. Shower facilities could use a shelf to hold essentials, and noise from the nearby roundabout may disrupt sleep if windows are left open on warmer nights.

I had a delightful stay at Arundel House Bed & Breakfast. The building radiates charm, with its historic architecture really adding character. My room was clean and cozy, offering a comfortable bed perfect for a restful night. I particularly appreciated the little touches like the daily replenishment of the hospitality tray. Breakfast stood out. quality ingredients shone through the delicious options, especially enjoyed the kipper! The location was ideal, just a short walk to the town, making it easy to explore the area. I did encounter a few inconveniences. The bathroom was quite narrow, making it a bit awkward to navigate. we faced an issue with the hot water during our stay, which was quite frustrating as it limited our ability to wash up, especially for the kids. Although the staff were very apologetic and provided a discount, it still affected our comfort. I also noticed the bar wasn't open in the evenings, which would have been nice for family relaxation time after a day out. I enjoyed my time here despite a few drawbacks.
